come through the shop.

How our
consignment program works...
We sell a lot of
firearms for our customers using the consignment program. You leave us your MA
compliant firearm and we'll advertise it for you online, promote it at the shop
and sell it for you. Handguns sell well year-round and long guns are more
seasonal.
We'll let you know
what we think that item will sell for however you ultimately control the price.
For listing,
promoting and selling your firearm we charge 18% of the selling price. Expensive
items or collections are 15%. This includes doing all applicable Federal and
State paperwork for the new buyer and there is a lot of it! Also, we absorb the
bank fees if the buyer pays using a credit card. For what you receive in
services, this is not a lot to pay.
Due to the paperwork
involved in processing a firearm we charge a $10 fee if you decide to take your
firearm back. Federal laws require that we must do a Form 4473 and a NICS
background check on a consignment RTO (Return to Owner). This small fee helps us
cover these costs.
Consignments are for
a minimum of 60 days.
If the item doesn't sell within 90 days we ask that you reconsider your selling
price or take it back.

Please
note that consignment guns are priced by the owners...not us. We'll be happy
to assist you in pricing your consignments.

We need previously owned firearms!! Bring us
your firearms and we'll either buy them from you or sell them on a
consignment basis.
Beware of dealers who low-ball the value of your gun. We
try to find a balance between giving the seller as much as we can and buying
the item at a price we can sell it at quickly. Turn guns that are sitting in
your safe into $$$'s.
Please Note: All used handguns must be confirmed to be either compliant with
all laws and regulations or exempt (pre-10/21/98) prior to being made
available for sale. If your trade-in is NOT on THE LIST we need proof from
you that it was registered in-state prior to the date noted above.

M59/66 Yugoslavian Sks
7.62x39mm
7.62x39 caliber. Excellent condition. This
Rare SKS Variant is here! This C&R Eligible Rifle features
milled steel components. The Finest SKS Design yet! The Model 59/66 is a
modified copy of the Soviet SKS, The major differences from the SKS are the
presence of a gas shut-off valve on the gas cylinder and integral Grenade
Launcher sight (launcher not included) fitted to the Bbl. Bayonet
included.

Schmidt Rubin K-31 7.5 Swiss Caliber
These have all dried up. I wish that I
had "backed up the truck" and bought a bunch of them when they were
available.
One of the more interesting Military Rifles of all time! These Rifles are
world renowned for their Superior Accuracy. The unique straight pull bolt of
the K-31 combined with outstanding Swiss craftsmanship make this Rifle
highly sought after by Military enthusiasts and collectors alike. Only
500,000 K-31’s were made and many are still in use by the Swiss in their
annual Military exercises and marksmanship training.

THIS STATE PRIOR TO 10/21/98 AS CURRENT LAWS and REGULATIONS REQUIRE.

(since 1998) rules for
used gun sales and transfers:
We can purchase from you or sell your handgun on
consignment or transfer to you a handguns IF:
1) It
is a post 10/21/98 handgun that is fully certified i.e. "M" series SIG's.
2) It is a pre-10/21/98 handgun that is on "THE LIST" i.e.
Glocks, Para's, Beretta's, etc. People who use online auctions please print and
refer to "THE LIST". Please don't call us to look it up for you. We cannot
handle all the telephone calls.
3) If it is pre-10/21/98 and NOT on "THE LIST" then you must
provide us with documentation ( original bill of sale, state registration form,
etc) showing that the item was registered IN Massachusetts prior to the
10/21/98 date.
