From Route 128/I-95: take the Winn Street exit and head east toward Woburn Center for about 1½ miles. 76 Winn Street is on the right, across from the Woburn police station.
Once you're here: drive around to the rear of the building — our entrance is under the green awning marked "76 Rear." Plenty of parking.
