By using fsguns.com, you agree to these terms. This site is operated by Four Seasons Firearms (Holidom Inc.), 76 Rear Winn St BSMT, Woburn, MA 01801.
This website is intended for adults at least 18 years of age. Firearm purchases require age 18+ (21+ for handguns), a valid Massachusetts LTC or FID card as applicable, and full compliance with all Massachusetts and federal laws. All firearm transfers are completed in person at the shop with the legally required background checks and paperwork — no exceptions.
Nothing is sold directly through this website. Online orders happen through our separate store at shop.fsguns.com, which has its own terms. Everything else — used guns, ammunition, transfers, services — is handled in person at the shop.
We work hard to keep this site accurate, and the used-gun list updates daily — but inventory moves fast and errors are possible. Listings, prices, and specials are not offers and are subject to change or correction without notice, and availability is never guaranteed until confirmed at the counter. Always call (781) 932-3133 to verify before making a trip.
Content on this site is general information, not legal advice. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including safe storage requirements. When in doubt, ask us at the counter or consult the official Massachusetts resources we link to.
